Maggots is a serious disease that is responsible for many deaths among dogs. It can lead to severe anemia which eventually causes death. You can easily save a dogs life by following these few steps

• Firstly make sure the dog is comfortable with you, and protect yourself from them biting you, establish a friendly relation. 
• Identify the wounded part and get yourself an ivermectin injection from the nearest vet. 
• Inject the injection in the wounded part and make sure you cover the wound after. 
• Ivermectin will kill the maggots after half an hour then carefully take out the maggots with the help of tweezers. 
• After you have done that all you need to do is dress the wound. 

If the severity of the wound is much bigger take the dog to street animal rescue in lucknow.

ABC METHOD TO SAVE LIVES
